Our bulletin boards are not just the “place” for obtaining information from consumers cheaply: if suitably prompted, the participants in a forum can supply free, creative and relevant replies and ideas.

Our bulletin boards usually have an interaction between moderator and participants: we regularly work on hypothesis and rough insights in order to test it, so that it’s a new starting point to get a deeper understanding and “deep dives”.

The client can take part to the process, as well:  he can join the bulletin board, providing (together with the moderator) new  questions, if needed, “in real time”.

We usually ask respondents to collect pre-tasks (videos, photos, diaries) and analogical (emotional) tests, before or during the bulletin boards. And we can also show participants their replies/reactions to concepts/packagings/products, in order to collect even more qualitative comments!
